Thank You's

Here are thank you poems to six friends who are consistent, awesome examples of living on purpose...

Thank you beautiful Morning Dove!
You are one I'm in awe of.
Democracy and you fit like a glove;
taking its principles farther than gov.
Shining your light so far above,
that all you have left is Love.

Thank you rock-solid Silent Night!
Walking where matter is out of sight.
An integrity above just wrong and right;
mortal mind has no chance in a fight.
Glowing upon a hill sits your light.
There's nothing you're fire can't ignite.

Thank you inspirational Morning Star!
Traveling the globe near and far.
Better for the world than the electric car;
you'd still make a difference if you were stuck in tar.
You're always living right on par,
with exactly who you know you are.

Thank you purpose-driven Laughing Yes!
Constantly ready with an aim to progress.
Quicker and wittier than words can express.
There's nothing your dominion won't suppress.
What a privilege of giving you possess,
to a whole world of people that you bless.

Thank you beloved Constant Seeker!
Seeking knowledge with just your pair of sneakers.
Consistently discovering as a mountain peaker;
standing firm, mortal mind has never been weaker.
Granted the gift of being nature's speaker;
I've never met anybody meeker.

And finally, Sacred Poem, it's your thank you time!
(The word "poem" is a hard one to rhyme)
But no matter, you've committed no crime--
you're just committed to Love, an example so prime.
There's no mountain too high for you to climb,
with a dominion that's nothing short of sublime.

With Love, UR
