On Top of Your Mountain

This poem was inspired by one of my biggest core values: Dominion. It's something we experience everyday, in big ways or small. The more we recognize and strive for Dominion, the more we will progress...

What is your ego telling you right now?
Whatever it is, it should not be allowed
to linger and fester and clog up your flow
that keeps you on beat, and allows you to grow.

So get up, go out, and conquer this beast!
What are you waiting for? All pressure's released.
The climb up is tough, but very rewarding;
it's a journey of learning, so plan accordingly.

Then on top of your mountain, there's no grander view.
There's nothing so clear, nothing so true,
nothing so pure, nothing so freeing,
nothing in the world that's more worth seeing.

On top of your mountain, in my opinion,
is best described as
peaceful dominion.
