It's Arrived!

I wrote this last night before running my first marathon today...

The culmination

has arrived.

The ultimate reward

has arrived.

Everything we've worked towards

has arrived.

Yet,

this journey of a lifetime

has always been.

Thousands are gathered here

for the same purpose.

We are joined together

by this common goal,

and this common love.

Rain or shine, cold or warm.

It doesn't matter...

Because everything

is Thine.

Twenty-six point two

equals freedom.

On your mark...

Get set...

Glorify!
